Hi, I'm Lindsey Callahan.

I found the keto lifestyle after having my first child in May of 2018.  I felt stuck in a body that didn't feel good, had low energy, and one that didn't make me proud.  I had heard about the keto diet and begrudgingly jumped on board. I thought it couldn't hurt to try, even for a little while as a quick fix. 

Being in nutritional ketosis changes your body and brain on a cellular level, and as a result, my relationship with food, and my relationship with myself has never been better.  I am a science teacher and can teach you how to make confident educated choices for your nutrition.  

It has changed my life and I would love an opportunity to help change yours.
